So our store name says "Furokuland" but... what is a furoku?

"Furoku" means "appendix", and is used to indicate little gifts and freebies that are usually included with Japanese manga magazines - especially the ones for girls. Many famous series (like Fruits Basket, Vampire Knight and Ouran High School Host Club, just to name a few) are serialized in these magazines and they all get their special "furoku" (in the form of letter sets, pouches, pens, posters and many other items) from month to month. Since you can obtain these furoku by purchasing the magazine only (they are not for sale in stores), they sometimes become rare and hard to find, especially outside Japan... but you'll find a large selection here!
